Broomhill lies in one of the most glorious valleys in North Devon surrounded by hundreds of acres of woodland and bound by its own stream, offering the perfect backdrop for those all important wedding photos.

Broomhill is an approved wedding venue and can accommodate civil weddings, commitment ceremonies, renewal of vows and naming ceremonies. Local, organic, fair trade produce

Five times winners of the North Devon Food Awards, the Broomhill kitchen uses fair, genuine, organic, local produce sourced from neighbouring farms and the coast. We also use Fair Trade products wherever possible, and serve great organic juices, champagne, and wines.

The prices below are for weddings during 2009. Broomhill offers a 15% discount on the Broomhill Exclusive for weddings taking place in November/December 2008 & January/February/March 2009, please email us for more details.

We are happy to create a special menu for you based on your requirements. Below is a sample menu. The Broomhill Kitchen uses seasonal, fresh and locally sourced produce. This means that the menu changes with the seasons and availability. Please discuss your particular requirements with us.

The exclusive use of the house on the day of the wedding from the start of the ceremony. The Sculpture Garden is open to thepublic until 16:00
Six guest rooms (B&B) for two nights based on two sharing. Rooms are available the night before and the night of the wedding. If you require rooms on other nights or wish to accommodate a smaller party please ask
The Broomhill cottage; 1 double room, 1 twin room/double, Private living room and kitchen, Shared shower and toilet. Sleeps upto 5 (with folding bed)

Some Terms and Conditions

We require a non-refundable £500.00 deposit to secure the date.

Full payment is required with final numbers 28 days prior to the wedding date. Any decrease in numbers after this date will be charged at full rate.

Any further charges are to be settled the day after the wedding.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of the business at Broomhill, it is necessary that we operate the following cancellation charges, which are applicable if we are unable to re-let the space booked.

3 months or less notice • 50% will be charged
2 months or less notice 75% will be charged charges
1 month or less notice 100% will be charged charges

Depsits are non-refundable.

We recommend taking out wedding insurance.

Please note any damage/loss or breakage incurred by you or your guests during your stay will be completely your responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
